Brendan Behan's poster on a Dublin alley wall has a message you might want to send to the Minnesota legislature, or the U.S. Congress: "I have a total irreverence for anything connected with society except that which makes the road safer, the beer stronger, the food cheaper and the old men and old women warmer in the winter and happier in the summer."
